In the service of the patient
The key philosophy and everyday concern of all members of staff at the clinic are to make the patients and their relatives the focal point of their efforts. The friendly and very personal atmosphere at the clinic is a key element of our treatment concept.
The primary aim of the team of therapists is to alleviate the patients’ physical and emotional discomfort, to preserve their independence and ability to work for as long as possible, and to improve their quality of life.
Regular conferences for researchers and practitioners at the Parkinson-Klinik Wolfach ensure that the latest scientific findings are included in the clinic's treatment concept on a continual basis.
The clinic's quality management has been repeatedly certified by the Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Zertifizierung von Managementsystemen (DQS).
Clinical focuses
- Differential diagnosis of the various movement disorders (including NMR, SPECT and PET, which are available externally)

They look after between 950 and 1,000 resident patients every year. An additional 300 patients are cared for on an out-patient basis.
